UAV project will offer you the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge, understanding and expertise in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, and relevant areas.

To support UAV research, you will develop broad skills in relevant areas of mathematical and computational modeling, in the design and build of apparatus, in the development of software, and in data analytics and visualization.

Entry Requirements

Academic ability

Students are normally expected to achieve a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA in engineering or a related discipline relevant for the proposed area of research, such as physics, computer science, applied mathematics or chemistry.

Language requirement

Students whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English.

Acceptable English qualifications include:
• IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 
• TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
• Pearson (Academic)
• Cambridge Advanced English (CAE)
• Trinity College Integrated Skills in English 

Students without any English qualificantion need to arrange an interview with program staff.
